The agency has secured a national brief to provide PR services to the retailer across consumer, business and trade media.
Heal’s initially selected the agency to support the launch of its store in Birmingham’s Mailbox development, which included a series of launch events, media relations activity and strategic comms advice to drive footfall by promoting brand awareness in the Midlands.
