CNC appoints two new partners

Communications and Network Consulting (CNC) has promoted Oliver Mann and Harald Kinzler to its partner team.

Mann and Kinzler, currently managing directors based in London and Frankfurt, will join CNC’s global partnership team with immediate effect.

Bernhard Meising, CEO at CNC, said: “Oliver and Harald have not only demonstrated their
strong commitment to the firm, playing integral roles in our international business development,
they have also consistently provided the highest level of client advisory and support.”

Since joining CNC’s London team in 2007, Mann has led on the financial and corporate communications for mandates including the successful merger of CNC and Capital MSL in 2015. Prior to joining the agency, he worked as a financial journalist at UK trade publication Mergermarket (FT Group), where he covered private equity and Germany.

Kinzler joined CNC in 2014, splitting his time between the London and Frankfurt offices, he has supported on capital markets and financial communications projects. Prior to joining CNC, Kinzler spent 15 years in the investment banking industry in London and New York. His new role will continue to focus on developing and internationalising CNC’s equity capital markets and M&A franchises. He will also assume responsibility for CNC’s global talent management.
